The latest edition of the National Sonata Class Rules is available free as an Adobe Acrobat .pdf file from the Technical Section of the RYA Web Site. The essence of the rules has not changed in the latest 2008 update – some issues have been clarified and the rules have been re-written to comply with the Equipment Rules of Sailing (ERS).
Medway Keelboat Regatta, Kent, Thursday 10 – Sunday 13 July. Great sailing and lots of Sonatas to compete with.
17–23 August. Dabchicks Sailing Club and West Mersea Yacht Club invite Sonatas to sail in the annual Mersea Week, held on the Thames Estuary in Essex. More details on the events page.
